Nugenix Labs stands behind the quality of every product we ship. Refunds or replacements are issued only for products that arrive damaged or if an incorrect item was sent. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery with clear photos of the product, vial(s), and outer packaging so we can review your claim and initiate the appropriate resolution. For shipping-related issues such as lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages marked as delivered, resolution is handled directly through the carrier on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened or unopened products unless there is verified damage upon arrival or a confirmed fulfillment error on our part.
